| Closed circulation spray dryer is a closed circulation type spray drying process, which is made of organic solvents, such as ethanol, acetone, hexane, gas oil and so on, with inert gas (or nitrogen) as drying medium. During the whole process, the product has no oxidation, the medium can be recovered, and the inert gas (or nitrogen) can be recycled. The closed circulation system designed for organic solvent recovery has very high explosion-proof control requirements, high automatic control performance and strict GMP requirements. It is often used in spray drying of precision ceramics, pharmaceuticals, battery materials and hard alloy (Wc.Fe) powder. |
